In order to celebrate the arrival of the festive season, the Coworking Ravalora’t, alongside the AECV and Espai de Mar, took part in a fun, team building day. It started at 12:30 with a paddle tournament at Indoor Paddle Barcelona. It was structured in a 2v2 format and, although there wasn’t a prize, things did get slightly competitive. Let’s be honest, what’s more valuable than having bragging rights over your coworkers for the whole year?

After a couple of hours of intense play and a much-needed shower, we headed back to our main offices to enjoy a festive lunch. It was held at the Sala Ciutat Vella, one of our coworking’s meeting rooms. Taking advantage of its size, we were able to set up the dining tables on one side of the room, and the other side in an open area with a drinks bar.

The menu was headlined by turkey thigh with raisins, plums and pine nut, complemented by an assortment of starters such as crisps, chesses, and fuet. And last but not least, a pumpkin pie, some turró and neules for dessert.

After a lovely meal full of laughs and enjoyable conversations, the afternoon developed into playing an assortment of games, ending with a karaoke night. And although we may not have the next Mariah Carey or George Michael in our ranks, we do have a great group of people which we are lucky to work with.

All in all, we are truly fortunate to collaborate with such a fantastic team, making each gathering not only enjoyable but also memorable. It was a day full of fun times, where we were able to reflect on all the things we’ve accomplished this past year. We can’t wait to see what 2025 will have in store for us.
